Q ) How do I log on to Grainman?

A ) A quick way to log on is to get the p.c. to remember your email address and password. This means that when you start to enter your email address it is prompted in a line underneath.

All you then have to do is to click on the prompted email address and it will automatically move up into the email box. Your password then appears as a row of ******** in the password box and all you have to do is to click on "Logon" and you will be in the site.

Another way of getting the email address to appear is by clicking on the email box, clicking on your email address and the password is loaded and all you have to do is to click on "Logon"

Q ) How do I get Grainman to remember my email and password?

A ) To get your p.c. to remember email addresses and passwords click on "Tools" at the top of the screen. Then "Internet Options", "Content" and then "Auto Complete". For this to work you will need to have the following boxes ticked - "Web addresses", "Usernames and passwords on forms" and "Prompt me to save passwords". You then click on OK.

Next time you log onto grainman and enter you email address and password and click on "Logon" a box will appear asking "Do you want Windows to remember this password, so that you don't have to type it again the next time you visit this page". Click on "Yes" and the next time you visit the site follow the "Easier Logging On" procedure above.

Q ) How do I delete incorrect email and password combinations on Grainman?

A ) A regular problem occurs when incorrect combinations of emails and passwords are stored in the p.c.'s memory.

To overcome this start typing in you email address in the email box. When the email address is prompted underneath role the mouse over the email address so that it is highlighted in blue. Then press the delete key - you will be asked if you want to delete the user name and password. You say yes, and then repeat the process as many times as is necessary to get all the incorrect email and password combinations out of the p.c.'s memory.

Then enter your email address and password correctly, say yes when asked if you want Windows to remember them, and then follow the "Easier Logging On" procedure above.
